*Once out in the Bar, Tinzen was working on stocking the beer and other assorted booze that had just been delivered. He hoped that Jac was getting Whinry dressed. There was still a couple hours before the club would open and about a hour before his bartenders would show up.*

*Despite the club being closed for hours more someone was already leaning against the door, at first glance he looked like a homeless person, albeit a well feed homeless person. Soft wild magic pressed against whatever wards Tinzen and Quinn had set up, not trying to rip or break them, more like a presistant reminder he was there*

It's a pull not a push, might start there if you want in that bad. *Tinzen said referencing the unlocked front door the character leaned on. He was completely unconcerned, not even looking up from the paper work he was double checking. There were very few wards on the outer bar, just enough to keep the nomies who weren't looking for Amethyst out.*

*The man outside the door took a bracing breath before turning toward the door, as he straightened he gain inches in height. There was no way he should have been able to hear Tinzen from that distance but pull he did, stepping into the gloom of the bar with a straight back and serious expression on his angular face. He stood nearly seven foot tall, was well muscled, and had brown nearly black hair that was cut in and inexperienced way close to his head. He was also surrounded in wyld magic, smelling of forest and earth.Glowing amber eyes looked out of the gloom toward Tinzen.* I wanted to make sure you were aware of me and despite being a threat I mean no harm. *He walked with rigid purpose to stand in front of Tinzen* I know your hiding two wolves, I need to speak with them

*Tinzen tossed the papers aside as he looked up to the hulk of a male who entered.* Well don't
you look ask if you stepped out of Mountain Man Monthly. Let me guess, you're an autumn. *Not phased even the slightest by the brute's I come in peace but carry a big stick shpeel, Tinzen crossed his arms and leaned on the bar.*As scary as you maybe, if I had perceived you as a threat you'd still pushing on the door, it'd just be locked instead. Thanks for the courtesy though. *At the mention of wolves Tinzen took on a thinking cap expression and said.* I got a silvery haired Emo who needs a dye job real bad and a overlyhairy nudist who is a terrible influence on young girls but no wolves...

*The man didn't react at all to the teasing or assessment of his threat status. When he went on the man's eyes flashed and he drew back his lips on a canine motion, exposing his unnaturally large teeth* I don't have time for your games and neither do they, I need to speak with them *The man seemed only moments away from changing but pulled it back forcefully, gaining his control back by force of will only* Now *The word was softer than the others, the closest thing Tinzen was going to get to a please*

*Rolling his eyes. Tinzen straightened up.* You wolves always wanting to bite or claw someone's face off. I'll pass on the message.* He held up a finger.* Hold please...*In the back room where assumably Jac was still with Whinry, an image of Tinzen formed in the middle of the room.* Jac you got a Grizzly Adams reject with a stick up his ass here to see you and Marcs, says it's important. Come out if you wish or I can send him on his way.

*Marx paused in the story he was translating to Whiney to look up at the image. He was sitting on the floor, something he had been doing after the fight, so he looked up at Jac suddenly worries They found us?

Jac looked up at the image, still sitting on the bed next to a naked Whinry, luckily she was clothed. Marx fear made the hair on the back of her neck stand up and she blinked more gold eyes than her normal brown If they have they want to speak. *The thin woman stood up off the bed, gaining that serious regal air she dawned when things grew serious* Protect the pup and cloth her, just in case. *She nodded to Tinzen* I'm coming. *She left the two behind without looking at either. By the time she walked into the club proper she had eliminated all her fear and was ready for the fight she thought was sure to come. At the sight of the wolf she stopped frozen for a moment* Cale?

*The wolf didn't relax while Tinzen spoke to those in the other room. When Jac walked in the beast's eyes widened and he looked stunned, as if seeing the moon for the first time* My Luna *When she spoke he swallowed hard, trying to regain himself. He shifted, taking to a knee so he was smaller, or at least shorter than her. He dropped his eyes and tilted his head so she had access to the soft flesh of his neck* I'm no enemy Luna, I've come with news and no one knows *He spoke almost like someone speaking to an alter or sacred creature more than a man in love* I need you to listen *He stayed put, waiting for her to give permission to move*

*The image of Tinzen nodded and then signedto Whinry to put clothes on and no arguing, before it vanished. Whinry who gave a sigh, headed to go put on clothes. * She'll be here shortly. *Tinzen said right before Jac came out. He stood silent as Jac and this Cale spoke.
He made a mental note that this was no doubt her once soon to be mate though.*

Luna *Jac said exasperatedly, rubbing her forehead* Cale I'm not the goddess *She walked two steps and touched his neck and then his nose, giving him permission to stand apparently because the man stood up carefully* No matter what my father says *She tried to catch his eyes* I'm listening, what's going on?

*The touch made him soften some and when he stood he looked more human, one who was slightly saddened when her hand fell away* My Luna *He said softly, really only for her. He swallowed smelling of sadness and a touch of panic* The pack knows where you are or they will tonight. *He stepped closer as he spoke* A pyre came to the forest and promised to show them where you were in exchange for the cursed. Pack leader jumped at the chance

*Tinzen awkwardly waited as the two talked and tried really hard not to gag at the sticky sweetness going on. He didn't blanch though just stood silently listening.*

*Jac tried not to be irritated as he called her Luna again* Cale *She warned softly but as he continued to speak she stiffened, eyes growing wider* They know where we are? *Panic wrapped around her like a shroud but she fought it off as best she could, clenching her hands into hard fists*

*The wolf took her hands carefully, warming the suddenly freezing appendages in his own while subtly bringing her closer to him as she thought it over. The male’s shoulders even shifted as if he could cover her up from Tenzin’s sight to keep herself* No, tonight is when the information is being brought to them. *He saw the distrustful look in her eyes and smiled slightly* I know what parks catch your eye, Luna but no others would ever find your scent *He was slowly moving his face closer, making the scene feel very intimate* If you leave now I can cover a full day, possibly two. *He touched her cheek gently* You’ve run farther on sorer paws

*Marx whimpered softly as he followed Whinry*

*Tinzen perked up when the wolf said that they would know where they were by this evening. As the two wolves talked he began forming a plan. Tinzen knew who he needed to call and also knew that it was going to royally piss off Quin. That was just a risk that Tinzen was more than willing to take. She would help them with no questions asked and Whinry did need to get out more. Although the demon did catch the sorer paws part and he rolled his eyes as he pulled out his phone to look for his contact.*

*Whinry moved to take Marx's hand and gave it a little pat as she led him to her room. Once there she pushed him to sit in the overstuffed armchair in the corner of the room as she fetched something. Her room was more than the typical little girl’s room but the walls had been white at one time but now covered with artwork that seems to almost move with life. It ranged from cute things like puppies and kittens to much darker images that suggested violence. Those darker images were mostly contained to one particular corner.*

*Jac looked up into his eyes, less because she was enamored with him and more because he towered over her. She let herself take comfort from him just for a moment or two before she pulled her hands away from him, gently putting that protective distance between them* You put yourself in too much danger. *She stepped back a little, ending their contact all together* I’ll get us somewhere safe. *She confirmed, pulling the pack leader mask back on* You should leave with us. He will kill you. *The wolf gave him a concerned look* Or is that what you mean to do, put your blood on my hands *The comment sounded arrogant and self centered but felt more dissuading than malicious*

*Cale let her pull away, gaze drifting to the floor. When she mentioned blood he pulled up to his full height again* I come to warn you of impending doom and you scold me instead. *He shook his head, returning to a soldier stance* Your friend can disappear your scent from me *How did he know Tenzin could do that* I am the only wolf more interested in finding you than your father is but *He tilted his head slightly* I can’t resist his call anymore than you can resist your brothers. It’s safer for everyone if I’m at his side, *He started to turn toward Tenzin* You have until the pyre comes at sunset to disappear, I won’t keep you anymore

*Marx sat down as she asked, looking around the room respectfully. Jac had been more interested in exploring then he had been but he had been in a time or two to play with the little girl*

*At the scent removal comment Tinzen gave an “excuse you” look at the male. He could do it without even thinking but the near command made the demon not want to just because. He set his phone down on the bar and stepped towards them.* We will be gone and on our way before dusk, while you return, smelling of woodsman no 5 and wait for Geoffry to arrive with where Jac and Marx are hiding. *He held a finger up towards Jac, to stop any rebuttal she might try to make.* You and I will argue about this later.

*Whinry came back with a blanket and climbed onto Marx’s lap. She pulled the blanket over them and then began to pet Marx’s head, to try and sooth his fear and anxiety. The little girl might not know why he was that way but she could tell that he was upset and wanted to help as best she knew how.*

That’s my job to protect my pack *Jac said, seriously but when she heard herself and saw the soft look that Cale passed her way she closed her eyes* The pack *She corrected quieter this time She rubbed her hands before looking at Tenzin* You can’t put Whinry in danger *She snapped, actually flashing teeth at him even if she was in human form*

*The “my” made him pause, just for a moment. He gave her a soft smile before returning his attention to Tinzen* Thank you for your assistance. *He didn’t get the reference but that didn’t bother him at all* Do we need to embrace or do you have magicks?

*Marx smiled at Whinry, nuzzling into her cheek as she pet him. The wolf sighed softly, before putting his hand up* //Thanks, you’re making me feel better// *He thought about telling her that he would miss her but didn’t want to bust that bubble yet. Being found meant running and he knew it just as much as Jac did* //I’m glad we got to meet each other, both good//

*Tizen lulled his head to look at Jac.* What part of later do you not understand. *He looked back to the wolf.* Think nothing of it. *When Cale asked about embracing, Tinzen faked a bittersweet face..* I hate to risk falling in love with your lumberjack allure, so I will save us to a simple what might have been. *With a snap of his fingers all trace of Jac’s scent vanished from Cale and nothing would follow him home.* There you are free to return. Say your goodbyes, I’ll leave you both to it. *As he went to leave he stopped and looked at Jac, *I’ll be in the office, you can come argue with me there.

*Whinry smiled with a soundless giggle as Marx nuzzled her cheek.* //Me same.// *She kissed his cheek and hugged his neck tightly, before settling back down into his lap and cuddled into his side.* // We are pack forever.// The little girl signed as her eyes were getting a little heavy.*

*Jac growled at Tinzen as her eye lightened a full shade. The quick jump to anger was a dead giveaway, she was terrified* We will speak *She snapped at him as he passed*

*Cale tilted his head a little in wolfish curiosity over Tenzin’s behavior but he knew very little of demons so he didn’t think much of the words. When he snapped the male took a deep breath, checking himself before stepping toward the door* Thank you. I’m in your debt. *He looked back at Jac* Be safe and may the wind be at your back *He paused as if he was going to say more as Tinzen disappeared but he just looked at her a moment longer*

B-*He was already gone before she could get the words out* e safe…*She offered to the empty room. The wolf swallowed hard to steady herself before moving to follow Tinzen*

*Marx swallowed when she hugged him. It took a second but finally he wrapped his arms around her, squeezing her gently. A wave of anguish hit him as he remembered holding onto another little girl, just like this. No, she had brown hair not blonde, the same shade as his before. He swallowed hard against the sudden sorrow, tears welling in his eyes before he could react. When she signed about pack he gave her a watery smile before signing "family" in return*

*Jac rubbed Whinry's shoulder as the little girl slept against her. The humans on all sides made her nose itch with irritation but the wolf asleep on her other side kept reminding her they were just Wolves without the bite. She let out a huff and watched the city go by. They had only made it into the city in the last half hour and Tenzin had already taken off the stop before, claiming he had to meet the Mistress and didn't need an unclaimed set of wolves with him. After much complaint, (and the threat of a tantrum), Whinry had come with the wolves so they could go explore the park and whatever else they might find within reason. They needed to get the smell of hayseed off them anyway and it wasn't as if Tenzin couldn't find them. The metal beast stopped and a voice overhead told them they were at the end of this particular bus' line* C'mon guys. *She gently shook the little girl*

*The little girl had snoozed lightly but was not fully asleep. When Jac shook her a little yawn escaped her as she stretched. Quickly she took Jac's hand as she stood up to leave the bus, looking to Marx, Whinry signed for to him to come.*

*Marx opened an eye when Jac spoke and mirrored Whinry's yawn, though it was less cute. He waved a yeah yeah to the little girl when she signed at him, slowly gaining his feet. A stretch that brought forth enough pops to creep out the passing passengers was next and then he looked alive again. Moving away from not only the wolf back but his previous "master" had done wonders for the wolf* Think we can find some food first? I'm starvin' *The special rune necklace that Tenzin had mysteriously pulled out of no where peeked out of Marx's shirt as he held a hand out to Whinry* I know he gave you food money *He signed with his free hand as he spoke* Hungry? *He gave Whinry a boyish grin*
