*Inline didn't look happy but she reached over to pet Binx's hair for a second before nodding* Fine. If you need me call me. *She pouted as JuJu pulled her out of the room*

[Tak]

*Tak watched Inline, making sure she would leave without a fight, when she did he smiled some. He returned the kiss on Juju's cheek, brushing his cheek against hers before she could fully pass. He nodded, taking in a deep breath as she instructed. He locked the door before stepping closer to Binx offering support if he needed but space if he preferred it*

[Keely]

Yea, Ithink they have him moved to his own room. *Keely flipped through her phone again and saw a message from Lorenzo. She glanced at it once and deleted it.* I dont know. Binx never said anything to me about it. What I remember, he wasnt always like this. *Keely said taking another bite of her food. She let out a squeak when she got poked. She shot Nate a glare as he walked in. When he plopped down she looked at the chair then to Nate, letting out a huh.* Im amazed....that you can even sit after the butt whoopin you got last night.. *She propped her head on her elbow and looked to Joe.* I just said he stayed with his boyfriend. You know friends that are boys....hang on isnt that what you do? Hang out with your boyfriends?

[Neil]

*Neil waited for the ladies to leave and Jodin to lock the door. He pulled out a note book.* I'm Detective Nelson, but you can call me Neil. We havent had a chance to meet yet. *He held out his had for the boy to shake. After he went into police mode and said.* Klayton, I am sorry if this distresses you, but I need you to tell me what happened with your father yesterday. Take your time. *Neil waited letting the boy go at his own speed.*

[Binx]

*Binx looked to Tak and then to Neil as he held out his hand. He gave it a small shake before nodding. The boy did not want to do this. How do you talk about something you tried to keep hidden for so long and that was just too hard to talk about. As he thought about the day, more like that night.* It wasn't yesterday, it was the night before. *Binx closed his eyes he waited for the emotions to set in and the pain of the memory.* I had put Stella down for the night...Ialways had to make sure she was down before Dad got home...he was too unpredictable around her....after mom...*Binx couldnt get the words out.* He was holding her and...tired to sufficate her. *Binx had never told Tak about any of this and he found that things just began pouring out of his mouth.* Dad got home later than normal, he was drunk as usual, but he was already furious. Apparently he had got busted at work for drinking and they were talking about firing him. He saw food wasnt out on the table and he lost it. *Binx paused as the anger and beating came rushing back and they could see him wince at the memory.*

[JuJu]

*Once they were outside JuJu said.* It's gonna be hard enough to tell what happened in front of Tak, le alone all of us, Inline. *She rubbed the girl's back.* Come on let's go get food and gather supplies for when the rest of the crew gets here. *Juju adjusted Stella on her hip as she started down the hall.*

[TTT]

Abused children rarely want to talk about it *Theresa said before giggling at Keely's squeak. Syrup hit her other hand just then and she sighed at her Grandson* Boy I am going to spray you down with the hose. *She wiped off the syrup and just looked at him tiredly. She smiled as Nate sat down* Morning Baby. You stop pickin' on her. Can't we just have a nice family breakfast? *The words were teasing*

Hose! *Tanner exclaimed making grabby hands at his Grandma*

*Nate scoffed at her, over exaggerating his facial expression* Ppppfff. No one in this house believes you beat me in anything. You're fuckin confused because it's hard to see through all the tears you were cryin' last night

*Joe gave Keely a dry look* Yeah uh huh. Those are called bros and bros hit on women. Tyler has never hit on a woman because he's a fuckin' homo. If he wasn't he would have hooked up with that fuckin' rollerblade girl already *He rolled his eyes at her a Nate* Get a god damn room *He leaned back out of smacking reach*

[Tak]

*Tak didn't say anything as Binx spoke despite the wolf's blood beginning to boil. He wanted that man's heart in his hand so he could crush it in front of his eyes. He took in a deep calming breath, trying to keep himself under control but amber eyes were already watching Neil*

[Inline]

I get it. I just wish they didn't have to do it now ya know. He's not even able to sit up on his own, why should he have to talk to the doctor. Everyone knows who hurt him *Inline grumped as she walked beside Juju, still unhappy* The detective gives me the creeps too. It's like he's always watching things that aren't there. *She sighed and rolled her eyes* Yeah, you know the room is going to fill up. I'm glad it's a little bigger. I can get all the supplies too. I brought my main card. *She was prepared today*

[Keely]

Yeah! Thanks mom! *Keely then grinned.* Yes there were tears...of laughter at how much you sucked! *The girl drew out the world suck as she went to take another bite of her breakfast.*

[JuJu]

*JuJu nodded as she spoke.* Yes, but if they don't have all the evidence then he can get off with out being convicted and he keeps Binx and Stella. *Juju followed the signs down the hall til she spotted the sign for the cafeteria.* Talks to himself? *Juju asked her interest peeked.* Down girl, you pull out that main card your bound to be mugged. *She said with a chuckle.*

[Binx]

*Neil didnt say anything he just let Binx go on. The boy didnt look at Tak, he couldn't not yet. He'd be undone.* When he starts in on a beating, I just go limp, kinda zone out. He stopped then...he moved away from me .....He started down the hall...He said, He'd.... *Binx's eyes fell on Tak then and the wolf could see the tears gathering.* He said He'd get the Whore's bastard. *Binx had never told Tak all the things his dad had said about his mom after her death or how often he would say she had screwed Tak and Stella wasnt his.All of it came to a head and the tears broke free.* I went after him, I couldnt....Icouldnt let him hurt her...*More tears came and Binx hid his face a moment before he wipped his eyes and cleared his throat. Always trying to be strong, that was Binx.* As he got to Stella's door I jumped him...He threw me back into the kitchen and into the stove. I landed head first and blacked out because he was throwing water on me and told me to wake the fuck up. He left and came back with the antanina off his car. I remember about 10 hits after that nothing. *He remembered waking and the pain in his body being unbareable.* I woke up and he was gone and it was day light. I drug myself to Stella's room, where she was sleeping like nothing happened, so I changed clothes, got her up and took her to Big Mama's. *Binx's tears still fell as he remembered how scared he was thinking Stella had been killed when he was out.*

[TTT]

*Theresa chuckled at them, putting the last spoonful of waffle into her grandson's mouth* Give your son a bath. *She poked Joesph next and he sighed, having been ignored anyway. He picked up the kids*

C'mon shortie, let's get you clean. Bubbles? *The little boy clapped, syrup still dripping off his fingertips as they walked toward the bathroom*

*Nate made a big show of rolling his eyes* Oh please. Who won the most games? He has two thumbs and is fucking gorgeous *He pointed toward himself with is thumbs* See what I get for taking her out to a full showing of Rocky Horror. Bitch.

[Tak]

*Tak looked at Binx, his own eyes a little wide as Binx revealed some of the reason for the man's anger. He swallowed and reached out to pat Binx's shoulder, touch light and comforting without being terribly painful* You did good *He said quietly, voice low and rough revealing the beast underneath. The hand that wasn't on Binx was against his pants, dripping blood onto his shoe so he wouldn't make any noise to distract the boy. Elongated nails had sliced into his palm near the beginning and could very well have been the only thing that kept him human. Wild magick was present in the room but he kept it. It took every ounce of his will but he kept from changing*

[Keely]

*Keely had a habit of tuning out the world when it came to Nate, so Joe's comment had been ignored. At the two thumbs comment, Keely put her hand on her heart and looked like she was choked up.*Awww...*She then put her hand on Nate's Shoulder and oh so seriously she asked* But you know I'm a girl, right?

[Inline]

Yeah, he was talking to himself in the hall. Something about a daughter and helping someone else right not. Super creepy *When Juju joked about her card the girl smiled some* Don't worry I got a normal looking one too. I made sure I had both. No mugging today

[Neil]

*The detective felt a familiar knot caught in his throat as he wrote down the notes and took Binx's statement. When the boy finished, Neil cleared his throat.* Thank you Klayton. I'll get this all taken care of. You just focus on getting well. *Neil nodded to Tak then before seeing himself out. Leaving BInx alone with Tak.*

[TTT]

*Theresa shook her head at the two of them, knowing she would probably get ignored too so instead she went to grab a plate for her son. She didn't always get their plates but she wasn't doing anything at the moment* Nate are you giving Keely a ride to the hospital or at least escorting her so she doesn't get stolen?

*Nate let out a rush of badly acted laughter* Nah, this guy and I've seen no proof your a chick. I have to assume you are a kendoll! *He chuckled then glanced up at his Mom* I was planning on walking her to a cab. Gotta pay the hoe off

[Binx]

*Bin just nodded slowly to the cop as he spoke. When he left and it was just him and Tak.* I didn't. ...know how to tell you...I'm sorry....I'm so sorry...*Bind broke into a sob and curled up as much as he could, covering his face.*

[JuJu]

Huh, weird. *Juju said as she saw the Detective in a new light, but didn't mean she was gonna hug him.* Well that's good! *Juju said with a chuckle. She pointed to the door up ahead.* There we go.

[Keely]

*Keely just smiled and she stood up and leaned in and whispered in Nate's ear with her best phone sex voice.* You wish, you could see the proof. *Then she quickly licked his ear lob and scampered away ton put up her plate.* Nah, ma. I'll be fine. They will just bring me back.

[Tak]

*Tak nodded to the detective as he left. At Binx's tears, he tried to reign in his anger. He forced it as far down as he could. He shook his head some, sending blood splattering a little on the floor. He wiped it off on his pants before shifting to careful wrap his arms around Binx* Don't be sorry. Stop it. *The wolf's voice was still raspy* I understand. You did what you could *He brushed his cheek against Binx's scent marking him* He won't every touch you or Stella again

[Binx]

*The boy wrapped his arms around Tak as best her could. He wasn't in too much pain but he didn't really care. He wanted some kind of contact right now. A his emotions just hit him like a ton of bricks. Tak had always been the next thing to family, other than Stella since his mom died. Bin just nodded as Tak spoke to him. After he cried himself out he pulled back, as the pain started to come back from the movement.* I can't go back there...*For one of the first times Binx didn't put Stella first in something.*

[TTT]

*Nate let out a tiny groan, shifting in his seat some so he could simi hide the effect she had on him. He rubbed at his ear before glancing at her, and for just a moment she might have spotted bedroom eyes* I almost believed you were female there for a second, not quite, but almost. A few more tries and you'll have it. *He teased. He rolled his eyes* Too bad. I already called a cab. No mob car for you! *He stuck his tongue out at her*

*Theresa chuckled, shaking her head at them* I don't want them taking you in the first place. *She smiled as he mentioned he had already called a cab* Let me guess. Raj just get on shift? *The Thompson's had an all but disturbing loyalty to one cabbie who happened to make his rounds around their area. They had been using his Cab for as long as Keely had known them. He had even come to their parties with his two kids*

[Tak]

*Tak let the boy cry, rubbing his shoulders kinds and simply being there for him. When Binx did pull back he grabbed the box of tissues off the nightstand and gave a few to Binx, using one on himself to get rid of the few tears that had escaped. At Binx's words he swallowed down the sudden anger, leaning down to put his forehead to the boys, wrapping a hand around his neck gently so they could look each other in the eyes* You aren't going back there. If I had it my way you would never even see him again *The wolf's voice bordered on terrifying. He let go of his hold pulling back some* I'm already working on gaining custody. Luckily your mother was always the prepared one. *He gave Binx a simi smile as he spoke of his Mom* She made me your legal godfather and I've already talked to a social worker. We shouldn't have any trouble pulling you into my custody. *Tak paused for a moment* If you want to be in my custody. We can try to find other relatives if you want *The idea of letting the kids go killed him but he wasn't going to force Binx into anything* We will do whatever you want Klayton
