Hearts Remembered
Re: Hearts Remembered
*Georgy coughed again as his body recovered from the initial attempt to heave* I wouldn't say being good is boring. I would say there are some perks to having unholiness in one's life. *He swallowed, glad when the warmth began to settle his stomach. He nodded to Peter, standing up but weaving a bit on his feet as exhaustion hit him* I'm assuming he is comfortable now, no reason to move him. *The angel waved for them to go first, his Momma's manner lessons keeping him from walking into a bedroom first. He followed after them, trying to swallow his fear and fight off the tired warm feeling the liquid had put in his belly*

*She made her way into the bedroom. Jarik lay on his back on the bed. He was very pale, and were it not for the very occasional rise and fall of his chest with breath, he would have appeared quite dead.* He hasn't moved since I put him in here. *She moved to the bed and brushed her grandson's hair out of his face. The worry she felt for him finally writes itself on her face.* I have tried calling, even reaching out for him, but he doesn't answer me. *She signed softly and looked at the men in the room with her* If you say it is time for him to wake, then I will help wake him in any way I can, even if that is protecting those that truly wake him. You will be safe Georgy, you have my word. *She stood back, making room for them to come up beside the bed*
Re: Hearts Remembered
I trust you, I swear to all that I am I trust you but *Where the other two saw someone they loved and cared for he saw someone he had known only as a child. Someone who had inspired his best friends hatred for years. Someone who could not only kill him but unmake him* it's still scary. *Mustering all the courage he could he stepped up next to the bed, looking over Jarik as if he was searching for something* We can get him back. *Whether he was trying to convince himself or her it was hard to say* Uhh...how would be the best way to start this? Is it like in the movies and I put him to my neck or something?

*She couldn't help but chuckle.* Only if you wish him to rip out your throat. *She held out one hand and a dagger appeared in the other* Your hand please. Once the blood starts to flow let it drip onto his lips, hopefully nature will do the rest. If he starts to gnaw or chew don't try to pull away, tell me and I will pry him loose. *Once Georgy gave her his hand, she didn't give him enough time to think about things before she quickly, but deftly drew the blade against the flesh of his wrist, across the vein, but only deep enough to nick the vessel. One would think she had done this a time or two.
Re: Hearts Remembered
*Georgy grimaced a little at the thought, reaching up to rub his throat some* Not especially. *He reached out a trembling hand when she asked for it. He forced himself to listen to her instructions, despite his heart beating like a hummingbird. When she cut him he flinched, watching the blood first bubble and then begin to trickle around his wrist. He swallowed, flexing his fingers before shifting so his wrist was above Jarik's mouth. The boy's other hand flexed and unflexed as he watched his own blood drip onto the vampire's lips. Silently he prayed this would all have a happy ending so he could hug his Momma again*

-At first it seemed as if nothing was happening. Georgy's blood dripped onto his lips and rolled down them to pool on his chin, in his ears, in his hair, and even on the sheet under him. However, without warning, a pale hand snapped up and snatched Gerogy's arm, bringing the bleeding wrist to an impossibly large mouth. To Georgy it felt as if his wrist was going to be completely enveloped by the dry cool lips. Then came the ragged scrape of the tongue along then in the wound. A snarl gurgled forth through the now blood-soaked throat as he started to draw hard enough to tear the wound a bit bigger, even without teeth. Yet his eyes didn't open.-

Re: Hearts Remembered
*Georgy let out a startled sound when Jarik grabbed him, closing one eye against the pain. He tried to shift to make the vampire more comfortable, swallowing any complaints or worries. Even as he felt the wound tear he didn't speak up. He reached for the inner light this time for a slightly different purpose. The Angel opened up his wings as much as he could with a ceiling above him and let the light expand through him. A calming chill filled the room as his magick began to swell around him. He kept as much of it locked close as he could, attempting to keep from burning the other two but his attention was on Jarik. He tried to concentrate as his teachers and tutor had taught him too, sending as much magick as he could into the blood he offered the vampire. White eyes looked over Jarik* ~It is time, please join us~ *The words were spoken through the room despite the fact he could have said it to Jarik alone. In fact, it didn't seem as if he was talking to Jarik at all*

-He wasn't as strong willed as the vampress. He quickly moved to Jarik's side, kneeling beside the bed and brushing his lover's hair back from his forhead- Shhh, love, relax, we are ready for you to come home to us, please come home. -He was talking to Jarik and there was no doubt. He closed his eyes and lay his head on the bed beside Jarik's he whispered to him so lowly that the others couldn't hear what he said-
Re: Hearts Remembered
*Georgy swallowed hard and closed his eyes, abandoning his vision as it began to blur. He took in a deep breath, letting everything around him fall away which was easier now as he began to feel more ethereal. The Angel let the light move through him, spreading as it pleased instead of trying to keep the others safe because he knew he couldn't reach them now, not as fast as he was draining. Instead of fighting the loss he gave into it, at peace with falling into the light if need be* ~If you don't separate we may all be lost~ *The words whispered into the back of everyone's mind* ~And we all have a lot of work to do yet. Take what you need, become your own. Don't keep hiding~ *It sounded as if he was speaking to a child, someone who needed to be coaxed out of their hiding place during a big storm. The light poured into Jarik fueling whatever magick struggle was happening inside him. The Angel's own light fluttered, heart faltering in the face of such exhaustion and bloodloss* ~The world is filled with wonderful things: colors, lights, and feelings. You don't want to miss your part, do you? It isn't just gray anymore~ *He knew he was beginning to ramble, in the back of his head he felt it but he couldn't seem to stop the line of thoughts working through him*

-He didn't resist at all as Jarik sunk his teeth into his wrist. He continued to whisper into his lover's ear, still so low the others in the room couldn't hear what he said. As the leather started to appear around Jarik's body, filling the room with the sound of snapping leather, he smiled.- Get the angel away from him Veckah. The demon comes.
Re: Hearts Remembered
*As Jarik released him he carefully pulled his wrist away, wrapping his hand around it to slow the bleeding. He moved with Veckah as she pulled him away, not exactly steady on his feet* No smiting *He answered trying to sound humorous but sounding exhausted instead. He wanted to sleep, to lay down and get up a week from now but he kept watching despite weaving slightly on his feet. Wrinkles started to form on his forehead as he watched Jarik start to transform* Did I mess up? *The angel's wings fell even more, the tips touching the floor below him*

-He fed from Peter until he had to let go due to the leather snapping over his mouth. He locked eyes with his lover, emotions raging in the look, for only a moment before the last strap snapped into place. The scream of souls rips through the room like a poison wind as he slowly gains his feet. The souls settle around him like a cloak, a constantly moving cloak.- ~Thank you Georgy, I can bring the rest of my sides together on my own now.~ -Georgy can feel the smile through the sending- ~Your guest, the one you were really after, shall arrive shortly. They too need to gather their strength in this realm.~

Re: Hearts Remembered
*Relief flooded through the angel as he felt the brush against his mind* ~Welcome~ *He whispered softly in return. He let out a little unhappy sound as Veckah healed his wound before smiling some at her* Told you we could get him back *He squeezed her hand. She saw his eyes roll back but he salvaged it, plopping onto the ground to sit instead of passing out. It was pure luck he didn't fold his wings under him. The tension that had kept him on his feet had released when he felt the brush and now he sat there shivering. He shuddered at the scream of souls, trying his best not to concentrate on them. At Jarik's words he smiled sheepishly* Don't get me wrong, now. You waking up was just as important. *He slumped forward a little, wings wrapping around his shoulders in a way that would have driven Azrael crazy to see* But they needed to be pulled through too. If you didn't wake up we could try again...them I'm not so sure. *He explained, trying to defend himself* Two birds one stone...or angel whatever.
Georgy Brown Linden Lincoln
~I have no doubt you would have tried again. Thank you Georgy~ -He knelt and gathered Peter up, holding him close- ~I need to finish gathering myself to this realm and get Peter settled and fed. Grandmere, thank you as well for keeping me safe. I'll come back soon. In the meantime, keep an eye on him, he is important.~ -He nodded toward Georgy then he, and Peter disappeared-

Re: Hearts Remembered
*Georgy took her hand and began pulling himself up, trying to hold onto consciousness as he did. He smiled a little at her, eyes drifting back to Jarik* I would've *He admitted quietly then let out a small chuckle as the two of them disappeared* Some welcome huh? *He teased lightly as Veckah helped him to the bed the two had just occupied. It was a good thing she had her vampire strength because he could barely stand on his own. He pulled his wings up against his back as best he could before laying on his stomach. He let out a long sigh, closing his eyes* He's by the door. *Georgy mumbled before he let go and fell into the black of sleep*

Re: Hearts Remembered
*Yu sat on the floor outside of Veckah's apartment, hands clasped with his pointer fingers up towards heaven. The monk robes he seemed determined to keep bunched and flowed awkwardly, the only outer sign that he might have been out of sorts. The bald man's face held no expression, not even the deep concentration that normally came with meditating and strange as it was if one did not actually see him there would have been no indication that he was there. He did not breath, move, or expand his aura. He could have been a statue for all the organic feeling he put in the world*
