*Amusement actually stirred in the vampyre’s chest, evident only by the slight narrowing at the corner of his eyes* I suppose so. *The sound of the keys caught his attention causing the amusement to dissipate. He watched Blackmoure enter, noting with no pleasure how the Master looked. He rose from his seat silently and bowed at the waist to him, showing him the respect his own Master required* Hello Master Blackmoure. *When Stephan sat Yu did the same* I am here to make a request, one I was discussing with your mate, Mistress Veckah. *He bowed his head to Veckah again. He steepled his fingers, but kept himself upon their radar, essentially showing his belly, despite the instinct to protect himself. Stephan having known Yu much longer than Veckah could see plainly how uncomfortable, how actually nervous he was with his robes wrinkled and defenses high* My Master will not approve of what I am going to ask but I pray you will hear me in full. If you do not wish to help I will never speak of this meeting to him or my siblings. We may pretend it never occurred. Will you hear my request or do you wish me to leave? *Yu bowed his head deeply, flattening his hands on top of one another on his lap. It was unsightly to beg when one was as old as Yu but this pose was very similar*

He closes his eyes against the wave of nausea Jester's movement causes. When his stomach settles once more his eyes open, feverish in their sockets. He takes a deep breath, shifting his shoulders, trying to once again rid himself of the persistent knot upon his back where his jockey rides. However, I am willing to try, but I need you to get Shang to me, I haven't the strength to fight my way into Merrick's abode to get to him, nor do I think he will be willing to hand him over without a fight, which I will loose.

*Veckah speaks up* I will help getting Shang away if you need my assistance Master Yu. *She smirks, the very tiniest tip of a dainty fang dimpling her bottom lip.* My Brother-in-law and I have a bit of an accord, I may be able to use it as at least a distraction. *She chuckles slightly, it isn't a pleasant sound*

Stephan looks at his mate and shakes his head as he chuckles. Beloved, don't do anything stupid, I know that look and that laugh. Don't get too caught up in the game, my brother is a master at it ,and as I'm sure Yu would agree, not kind to those that loose against him, even if he loves them.

Careful, he might bite. *The whisper comes close to his ear, her breath honey sweet with just a touch of Dovian's poison still mingled in* He is a little crazy y'know.

*Honovi chuckled softly* Most things are. *He observed her quietly as she looked down at herself before shifting to pull himself up further onto the tile* You haven't spent much time in human form then. Emotions can be overwhelming and confusing so do not be afraid to ask if you experience something you can't put a name too. *He brushed a droplet out of his face* I'm actually surprised you haven't returned to your natural form. *Yu let out a very small breath of relief, a gesture even Stephan had never witnessed from the stoic man* Thank you Master Stephan. My family, as far as I am aware, are not planning on returning soon but I do not believe Shang has much time. However, I understand the need to gather your strength. The demon can be released any time you wish but my Master will become aware quickly, the moment you leave your wards I am sure. *He bowed his head deeply* The rest is up to you. *Yu gave a curt nod Understood, perhaps it will be kinder with promise of release. *He didn't hold much hope but it seemed a kind thing to say* May I provide anything to help the process? I do not keep possessions but even I have connections.

*Yu gave him another curt nod, happy in some strange way that Stephan understood the very real danger they were bringing upon themselves* Shang is in the dungeon of Thanatos' mansion, chained to the wall. I would use caution when approaching him. He has not fed since we were reunited and he has been bled many times since along with other forms of torture. *The pyre blinked and looked up at Stephan* I would also recommend not disturbing the remains in the cell. They belong to a descendant of his, one he refused to feed from. I am not sure he will be able to handle it mentally if she is disturbed after watching her for so long. *He nodded again* My safety is not your concern.
